THE STEPS TO YOUR FUTURE
STEP 1: PLANNING
The startup planning services begin with understanding your vision.
Murphy Construction takes the time to learn what you want your pre-designed home to be used for, and why it’s important to you. From there, we guide you through key steps such as choosing a location, identifying and applying for permits that may be required, setting timelines and schedules, developing a realistic budget and choosing customizations. Every detail can be fully managed by Murphy Construction, so you can focus on the excitement of this new home.
STEP 2: CONSTRUCTION
The construction services are designed to make building your pre-designed home seamless and stress-free.
Depending on your location and the model you choose, the building panels can either be prefabricated off-site and shipped in, or constructed directly on your property. From start to finish, Murphy will handle every detail: the construction, ordering and coordinating material deliveries, scheduling certified trades, conducting site inspections, producing progress reports, and managing project financials and logistics.
STEP 3: DELIVERY
When construction is complete, your new home will be fully move-in ready.
You will be walked through every space to ensure it meets your expectations and feels exactly as you envisioned. For added peace of mind, your home is backed by a 1-year BC Building Warranty. You’ll also receive a complete package of specifications and documentation, giving you a clear record of your home’s details and quality.
