Lil'wat Nation, Mount Currie, BC New build of two small home triplexes (6 units total) to fill a much-need housing gap for community members. Each unit consists of a living area, kitchen, bathroom, and one bedroom. Two of the six units are wheelchair accessible.

Samahquam Nation, BC Construction of two duplexes (four 1,000 sq. ft. units) for the Samahquam Nation in British Columbia. Located approximately 33 km down West Lillooet Lake Road (Baptist Smith), these homes are designed to provide much-needed rental housing for members of the Samahquam community.
