Whistler, BC Renovation of 44x decks, installation of new aluminum guardrails, as well as replacement of glazed sliding patio doors and glazed swing doors at a multi-unit residential strata complex.
Whistler, BC A two-phase Envelope Remediation and renovation in the heart of Whistler Village.
Lil'wat Nation, Mount Currie, BC Building envelope renovation of two townhome complexes including new decks, roofs, windows, doors, siding and fireplaces to provide more energy efficient homes for tenants.
Blackcomb Mountain, Whistler, BC MCC completed both interior and exterior renovations of the 32,000 square foot alpine lodge with renovations to building envelope, guest areas, kitchen servery and back of house kitchen. Also included renovation to Christine's fine dining restaurant. Completed in remote location atop Blackcomb Mountain.
Whistler, BC Post fire rebuild and finishing of 28 town home units on two levels and rebuild to lockup of eight commercial units to TI stage on ground level. Completed strata insurance scope of work, owner's betterments insurance scope of work and owner upgrade contracts simultaneously.
Whistler, BC Murphy Construction was contracted to provide management and contract services for the building envelope restoration project at the Carleton Lodge, Whistler BC. This project entails full window and siding removal, roofing and patio replacement as well as some interior renovations while the commercial owner’s (Longhorn Bar and Grill and Whistler/Blackcomb retail location) remain open for business.
Goldbridge, BC A renovation of all existing areas of this unique log structure; as well as adding a luxurious spa facility with a yoga and workout room. This multi-million dollar renovation was a design-build in conjunction with a team of consultants and included extensive renovations to all guest rooms – complete with new exterior log post and beam deck structures.
Whistler, BC Over 4 years, Murphy Construction engaged in a five-phase building maintenance program with the Whistler Westin Resort & Spa Building resurfacing, painting and doing remedial work.
Whistler, BC Working with the O’Neill Hotels Group to complete a full restaurant renovation in the Aubergine Grille & Vine in Whistler. During a very short construction schedule Murphy Construction completed a full restaurant makeover. The renovation consisted of new flooring, wall coverings, tile work, painting, furniture displays, artwork, server stations, kitchen front line, new lighting fixtures and plumbing.
