Lil'wat Nation, Mount Currie, BC This 10,000 sq. ft. building was designed to foster cultural and community engagement. It features offices, program rooms, meeting spaces, a community kitchen, playground, and gazebo—creating a welcoming environment where community members can connect, support one another, and grow together.

N'Quatqua, D'Arcy, BC A brand new multipurpose 14,187 sq. ft building, consisting of office spaces, a community kitchen, a cultural chamber and a gymnasium for the use of the whole community.

Lil'wat Nation, Mount Currie, BC A two-story safe space for community members, the Lil'wat Women’s Shelter will provide a secure and supportive environment for women and children in Mount Currie and the surrounding community. The building includes four self-contained two- to three-bedroom apartments, ample communal living areas, and office space for staff.

Lil'wat Nation, Mount Currie, BC Construction of two new classrooms for the Xeťólacw Community School. These classrooms will provide the necessary space for Mount Currie's growing community.

T'it'q'et Nation, Lillooet, BC New construction of a Police Station for the T'it'q'et First Nation based on the build for Stl'atl'imx Tribal Police Station.

Lil'wat Nation, Mount Currie, BC Construction of a modern police station to replace the existing building, while maintaining and incorporating cultural design elements.

Lil'wat Nation, Mount Currie, BC Construction of a 10,000 square foot Health and Healing Centre in Mount Currie, BC, to replace existing Centre. The new functional holistic space showcases modern designs and technology.

Lil'wat Nation, Mount Currie, BC Built as a replacement for the old gas station in Mount Currie, this modern gas station and convenience store is situated in a prime location.

Lil'wat Nation, Mount Currie, BC Through a joint effort between Murphy Construction and the Líl̓wat Nation, a $7.21 million grant from the Government of Canada’s Department of Innovation, Science and Economic Development was secured to fund the construction of a 23,000 sq. ft. post-secondary facility. The centre now offers academic upgrading, trades and skills training, and university-level courses.

Blackcomb Mountain, Whistler, BC Construction of a steel and concrete gondola parking barn on Blackcomb Mountain.

Squamish Valley, BC Murphy Construction completed the build of the Queen of Peace Monastery (16.5km up Squamish Valley Road) in August 2012. This structure is a 23,000 square foot timber-frame building nestled into the mountainside facing the amazing Tantalus Mountain Range. This unique build is a testament to the wide range of services that Murphy Construction can offer.

Whistler Mountain, BC The Harmony Lift Chair Storage Barn is at approximately 5500’ elevation on Whistler Mountain. The building is approximately 130’x55’ and is constructed of 18’ high reinforced CIP concrete walls with a steel truss roof spanning the entire width of the building without intermediate support. The finishes above the concrete included transparent coloured polycarbonate panels, metal paneling, metal fascia and soffit.

Whistler, BC Murphy Construction was awarded 85 units in the Whistler Athletes' Village in September 2007. The Village accommodated 2,400 athletes, coaches and officials with 450 beds made especially for wheelchair access. These units were constructed under the LEED neighbourhood (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design) program as required by the developer.
